Pssst ! When did you last check your Tyre Pressures?

Why is it important to check your pressures regularly?

Correct tyre pressure is vital to your safety on the road. Under-inflated tyres affect handling and grip, potentially causing irregular or unpredictable vehicle behaviour. They are also much more likely to suffer from a dangerous sudden rapid deflation, especially in high-speed motorway journeys.

By keeping your tyres at their optimum pressure, your running costs are also reduced.  Under-inflated tyres require a bigger force to make them turn, so your car uses more fuel.  Additionally, tyres which are not set to their correct pressure wear out more quickly.

So to benefit from lower fuel bills, longer tyre life, increased safety and reduced CO2 emissions, make sure you check your tyre pressures at least once a month and before a long journey.

Free Hunter Alignment Check for November/December at Armagh Depot.

We have installed a Hunter Alignment System at our Armagh, Station Road Depot and are offering motorists a Free Alignment Check in November & December.  Incorrect alignment can result in rapid irregular tyre wear and can affect the handling and safety of your vehicle, this can be caused by hitting a kerb, driving into a pothole in the road or by excessive wear to steering or suspension components.  To get the most out of your tyres it is important to get your wheel alignment checked and we will do it for free. We are open Mon - Fri  8.30am - 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am - 3.00pm.
