This is a exciting opportunity to join a market leading tyre wholesaler based at Head Office, Station Road Industrial Estate, Loughgall Road, Armagh.
Candidates should be self motivated, enthusiastic and have a professional pro-active approach to their work. The role is office based, B2B telesales position working independently on your own individual tasks and as part of a busy sales team.
Candidates will be responsible for conducting a keen understanding for customers needs and buying habits, processing sales transactions , liasing with warehouse staff for shipping or collection and process returns and claims on goods and assisting with inter-depot transfers from the wholesale stock. A high level of IT skills are essential for customer support and promoting our internal account management tools.
Reporting to the Wholesale Manager, experience within the tyre and/or automotive industry is essential having a comprehensive knowledge of car and truck tyres and develop price lists for special offers. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, professional telephone manner and a complete focus on customer care working in establishing strong customer relationships, maximising sales and reaching targets set my management. Candidates will also be required to purchase tyres and secure the best supply chain for the companies needs, collect and organise stock information for our databases and be proficient on a variety of data processing software including MS SQL databases, Excel, Access and internet database software.
